Well hello, old friends. It's been a while since I've even looked at this blog, which pains me in someways, but life just happens. It's been a crazy busy summer for both me and Michael, which is why a much needed vacation to the opposite coast of all of our problems and responsibilities was necessary. I planned to take a lot more photos than I did, but once we got there, I really just wanted to relish every moment. Here's some of what I did capture!

We started our trip out in West Hollywood. We stayed in at this adorable air bnb and did a bunch of adventuring to other parts of L.A. while staying there. First stop......duh, In n Out.

After staying in LA we headed out to Joshua Tree for 2 nights. We stayed at the beautiful Darlinda Cabin, which was in the middle of the desert on 2 acres of land. It was the first time we'd seen the stars in forever and it was insanely magical.

Our next and possibly favorite stop was San Diego. We stayed in this gorgeous craftsman guest suite in the South Park neighborhood. We did nothing but explore beaches for 2 and a half days, yet I only took one photo. I needed to unplug and let the landscapes of this unreal place take over.

We ended our trip staying with our friend Nicole back in L.A. who was nice enough to take some photos of us and let us stay at her place in Valley Village!

We got back to New York around 2am and were completely wired (and starving), so we ordered take out and were up until 4am watching How I Met Your Mother (A.K.A. the perfect ending to our trip.) Spending 10 days straight with Michael was the best part of my summer and I'm so lucky to have someone who is always as ready as I am to travel and explore.

Back to reality we go, which thankfully for us is also pretty damn awesome.
